About Us
Key College, located in vibrant Fort Lauderdale, FL, is a private career college specializing in graduating students with skills that are in high demand by employers. Since 1975 we have specialized in Court Reporting, earning a national reputation for the quality of both our program and our graduates. We currently offer an Associate of Science Degree in Court Reporting which launches our graduates into strategic career pathways.
Our Programs
We offer a variety of ways for students to seek high-demand career opportunities in the field of Court Reporting. There is currently a national shortage of court reporters, and under the guidance of our award-winning faculty our graduates enter the job pool well ahead of other candidates. We are currently offering:

- Digital Court Reporting Certificate
MAXScribe is a new product from Stenograph designed for the court reporting and legal transcription industry. It combines multi-channel or single-channel audio with our industry-leading knowledge of editing tools specialized for efficient editing and transcript creation, increasing the number of pages that can be produced per hour by up to 50%.
Courses are available in person on campus or online.
Tuition Assistance
The U.S. Department of Education offers a variety of student aid programs, and so do many States. Also, some employers may have a tuition aid or tuition reimbursement programs. Key College offers two tracks of scholarships: one for demonstrated high achieving high school senior students; the other for students enrolled in our Court Reporting Program.
